Results of my Dad

My dad finished in a time of 1 hour 46 min and came 27 in the age group of 50 to 55.  He was in a three lap race and his first lap was faster than his other eas he lost energy over the laps.

The marathoner Rod Dixon also was biking in the World Masters but in the 65 to 69 age group and got 10th out of 12 people. Rod Dixon's time was 1 hour 48 min and he too was doing three laps. If my dad and Rod Dixon were in the same age group then my dad would have beaten Rod Dixon by two minutes.

The World Masters is the biggest sporting event of modern day with 25,000 medals been given out at this Auckland World Masters.
